Creative Community Living Services (CCLS) is hiring Residential Coordinators in Waukesha, WI.

Full time and Part time positions available in Waukesha, WI only.

CCLS is an agency which promotes independence and individuality for adults with special needs in facilities located in Waukesha. These supports take place in small settings, ranging in size from our largest 8-bed group home to a two bed supported living program. A Residential Coordinator is responsible for teaching the residents daily living skills and assisting the residents with their daily living skills.

Responsibilities:
Residential Coordinator is responsible for promoting adult choices for the clients CCLS serves. A coordinator uses a variety of teaching methods including role modeling to create an environment that promotes client comfort, health and safety and skill development. Duties may include assisting a client with their personal cares, household tasks, and community outings.
